Is the voice of Jessica distinguishable from a human’s?
It’s very hard to tell. We use the ElevenLabs eleven_turbo_v2_5 voice — currently the best synthesis on the market. Out of 10 callers, about one asks if it’s an AI. And when we answer honestly, the call continues smoothly.
What happens if Jessica doesn’t know how to respond?
Depending on your rules: (1) it takes the message and your contact details and sends them to you immediately, (2) it transfers the call to you or a designated colleague, (3) it offers to call back within X hours. You remain in control of borderline cases.
How do you handle professional confidentiality?
Hosted in France, end-to-end TLS encryption, transcripts stored on French sovereign servers, access restricted to the practice. Complies with lawyers’ professional confidentiality (Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code) and the RGPD. A DPA is signed with each practice.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. Jessica works with your existing number via call forwarding (overflow mode after 4 rings without an answer) or full take-over (the always answers first). Compatible with PSTN, mobile, VoIP and switchboards.
How many calls can Jessica handle simultaneously?
